Grease & Gawk Day 26th September 2015
Again a big thankyou to Nathan from The Engine Bay, for opening his workshop for our annual peek under our cars.
Due to the Bay to Birdwood the numbers were Down, but that probably wasn't a bad thing as Goof was hungry, & beware anyone who got between Goof & the BBQ.
As the cars went up onto the hoist. Neil started feeling a bit out Of it with all the clean & polished & blinged undercarriages ,so after finding a can of black BBQ paint, his vette got a quick & I mean A QUICK coat Of flat black to the exhaust pipes. Looked good, particularly when back on the ground.
The car of the day went to David & Rachel who had just got their C3 through Regency & Registered. This is one absolutely schmick looking car, top, under, inside, very well detailed, & he proudly told us, It is a driver. Looking forwards to seeing you guys on some runs.
